➤Choose Application à Technology Services à “Password Manager”

➤“SET UP YOUR PROFILE NOW” butonuna tıklayın.

➤Click on to “SET UP YOUR PROFILE NOW” button. 

➤Account name kısmına kullanıcı adınızı girin.

➤Enter your account information.

➤Choose Question 1, 2 and 3 and type their answers below them. Answers are not case sensitive, however, use only English letters, do not use special characters.

➤“PASSWORD RESET” butonuna tıklayın.

➤Click on to “PASSWORD RESET” button. 

➤Şifre resetleme profile oluşturulurken girmiş olduğunuz 6 sorudan karşınıza gelen 2 tanesi sorulu.

➤System will ask 2 of 6 questions which you selected and answered while you were creating password reset profile.

➤Type answers and click “Next”

➤Cevaplarınızı yazın ve “Next” butonuna tıklayın.

➤Şifre sıfırlamak için “Reset Password”, hesap kilidi kaldırmak için “Unlock Account” tıklanır.

➤To reset the password, click “Reset Password”. If your account is locked, click “Unlock Account”.
